1. Acceptance

By using JobTailoring.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

2. The service

JobTailoring provides AI-powered CV and cover letter generation for job seekers. The service is provided by SE Computers Ltd, Hamilton, New Zealand.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be 16 or older to use this service
• One account per person — accounts are not transferable

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create false or misleading job applications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Share your account with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-generated content

The CVs and cover letters generated by JobTailoring are AI-generated based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending it to any employer. You confirm that the underlying information in your profile is accurate and truthful. We do not guarantee that AI-generated applications will result in job interviews or employment.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

• Monthly subscriptions: billed monthly, cancel any time. No refund for the current billing period.
• Pay per use: charged at the time of generation. If the system fails to generate a document due to a technical error on our side, you may request a credit by emailing [email protected] within 7 days.
• Goodwill refund: we offer a goodwill refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact [email protected].

7. Data and privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, SE Computers Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
