Who operates JobTailoring?

JobTailoring is operated by SE Computers Ltd in Hamilton, New Zealand. Support and privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].

You remain responsible and in control

You can review and edit every document before sending it. JobTailoring does not submit applications to employers, guarantee interviews or make employment decisions.

Evidence before persuasion

  • Claims are checked against the CV and verified answers supplied by the user.
  • Evidence remains associated with the correct employer and role.
  • Unsupported ownership, achievements and technical capability are removed or softened.
  • Known gaps are handled honestly.

What the Evidence Check means

The Evidence Check is a writing safeguard, not an independent background check. It shows which important claims were supported, what was softened or removed, and which material gaps remain for the user to review.

Service providers

We use specialist providers to operate the service:

  • Cloudflare for website delivery, Worker processing, database and file infrastructure.
  • Anthropic for automated language processing used to analyse and draft application material.
  • PayPal for payments and subscriptions. JobTailoring does not store full card details.
  • Resend for transactional account emails where configured.
  • Google Analytics for limited website measurement where enabled and permitted.

Your data choices

  • Review and correct profile information.
  • Download generated application documents.
  • Cancel subscriptions online.
  • Request access, correction or deletion.
  • Delete your account using the authenticated account process.

Security measures

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Hashed account passwords.
  • Authenticated private API routes.
  • Server-side writing and evidence rules.
  • Verified payment amounts and signed PayPal webhooks.
  • Browser security headers and restricted private-page indexing.

Honest limitations

No automated service can guarantee that every statement is correct, that every recruitment system will interpret a document identically, or that an employer will offer an interview. Always review the finished application and correct anything that does not accurately represent you.
